    Description

    In core special fields such as nuclear power industry, reactor operation and maintenance, nuclear fuel reprocessing, and hot cell remote manipulation, industrial equipment continuously operates under intense neutron and gamma ray radiation environments. Conventional standard electric cylinders contain vulnerable materials including rubber seals, plastic cables and ordinary lubricating grease. Under sustained radiation exposure, these components are prone to embrittlement, lubrication failure, transmission stagnation and positioning deviation, which may lead to equipment shutdown and even serious nuclear safety hazards. Such defects make ordinary electric cylinders unable to meet the strict standards of long-term, continuous, unmanned and high-safety operation in the nuclear industry. Customized for nuclear-grade high-radiation working conditions, the VB series radiation-resistant electric cylinder adopts a fully upgraded material and structural design, eliminating all radiation-sensitive vulnerable parts. Featuring an all-metal radiation-resistant precision structure, it can stably withstand a radiation intensity of 1×10⁷Gy for a long time, maintaining constant performance without aging, failure or attenuation under continuous high-energy ray radiation, perfectly adapting to high-risk operations such as reactor maintenance, hot cell manipulation and fuel transportation. The VB series radiation-resistant electric cylinder delivers excellent environmental adaptability, operating stably within a wide temperature range from -80℃ to +200℃. It copes flexibly with complex environmental changes in nuclear facilities, including high-temperature baking and degassing, low-temperature standby storage and alternating temperature working conditions, retaining stable structural strength and transmission performance under the superposition of extreme temperature and radiation. As a core executive component for automated nuclear fuel operations, it undertakes precise gripping, position correction, stable pushing and remote transportation of fuel components. Equipped with an ultra-high repetitive positioning accuracy of 0.02mm, it realizes micron-level precise alignment of fuel components and completely avoids high-risk problems such as alignment deviation, clamping offset and pushing dislocation, ensuring the safety and standardization of nuclear fuel operations.
