    Description

    In the field of precision optical inspection, the auxiliary motion mechanisms of test systems are often subject to complex environmental challenges. Whether in ground-based calibration tests for space-based optical remote sensors or optical path alignment for high-power laser systems, the optical components under test and detectors frequently need to be placed in vacuum environments or temperature-controlled chambers. The KRS Series Vacuum, High-Low Temperature, and Radiation-Resistant Rotary Platform serves as the motion actuator under such conditions, maintaining stable operation at a vacuum level of 10⁻⁷ Pa and within a temperature range of -80°C to +200°C. This vacuum, high-low temperature, and radiation-resistant rotary platform employs vacuum-compatible materials and specialized low-temperature lubrication techniques, effectively eliminating outgassing issues during pump-down and preventing contamination of optical surfaces that commonly occur with conventional turntables. In actual inspection workflows, this vacuum, high-low temperature, and radiation-resistant rotary platform achieves a repeatable positioning accuracy of ±0.005° (±0.3′) through the coordination of worm-gear drives and crossed-roller bearings. For interferometric testing of large-aperture aspherical mirrors, which requires data acquisition at multiple sub-aperture angular positions, this vacuum, high-low temperature, and radiation-resistant rotary platform offers a maximum central load capacity of 150 kg, covering the weight specifications of most space-grade optical reflectors.
